Whether you are visiting for preventive care, management of a chronic condition, mental health support or a specific health concern, we are here to work alongside you to achieve your best possible health and wellbeing.
Outstanding Patient Feedback Results
The results are in from our recent patient feedback survey, and we are delighted to report that we scored higher than the national average across all areas measured.
Most importantly, 99% of patients rated our practice as good, very good or excellent. These results reflect the hard work and dedication of our entire team, and we would like to thank all patients who took the time to provide feedback. Your comments help us continue to improve and ensure we deliver the highest standard of care to our community.
Winter Is Coming - Have You Had Your Flu Vaccination?
As the weather gets colder, flu season is just around the corner. Influenza can cause serious illness, particularly for young children, older adults and those with certain medical conditions. We offer flu vaccinations for patients who are eligible under the National Immunisation Program, as well as private flu vaccinations for those who do not qualify for a funded vaccine.
For children aged 2 to 17 years we also offer FluMist®, a needle-free alternative to the traditional flu vaccine. FluMist is administered as a simple nasal spray, making it a popular option for many children. If you would like to discuss your eligibility or book a vaccination, please call the clinic and our team will be happy to assist.
Struggling with Ear Wax Build-Up?
Excess ear wax can cause a range of symptoms, including reduced hearing, discomfort, a feeling of blockage, ringing in the ears and dizziness. The good news is that our practice can help. We provide ear microsuction, a gentle, safe and effective method of ear wax removal. Unlike traditional ear syringing, microsuction uses specialised equipment to carefully remove wax under direct visualisation, helping to improve hearing and relieve symptoms caused by wax build-up.
If you think ear wax may be affecting you, contact the clinic to find out whether ear microsuction is right for you.
Welcoming New Team Members
Our practice is committed to creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, respected and supported in their health journey, and we are excited to announce that our team is continuing to grow.
Please join us in welcoming two new faces to the practice: Practice Nurse Kristina and Receptionist Sharryn. Their skills, experience and friendly approach will help us continue providing the highest standard of care and service to you and your family.
We look forward to seeing you at your next visit, and thank you for choosing our practice for your healthcare needs.
