Bree began her studies in Naturopathy in 2000 before moving to Canada to consolidate this learning in Sports Medicine and the Health Food Retail setting. In 2010 these qualifications were upgraded to a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy. Bree went on to also complete the Master of Nursing Science at The University of Melbourne, with research in Cardiology, graduating as a Division 1 Registered Nurse.
After moving to the natural surrounds of the Mornington Peninsula and becoming a mother of two, Bree once again became impassioned with holistic medicine. Envisaging the potential her unique skill set and qualifications would offer general practitioners. The connection with Whole Medicine was made in 2016 and Bree is excited to return to the Care Coordination role.
With a keen interest in lifestyle medicine Bree provides a positive impact to patients' through changes in lifestyle medicine, health coaching and increasing health literacy among patients. Incorporating patient-centred and empathetic nursing care, with health promotion, Bree aims to play a pivotal role in the prevention and treatment of illness within her community.
Bree also works at The Bays Hospital acute surgical ward and facilitates Nursing subjects at Western Sydney University Online.
